      Not a disgruntled employee. The company is a challenge!

      Pros

      Most non-management folks are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management does not respect their workers. They are condescending and disrespectful. They also talk about workers to other workers behind their backs. They believe the workers are happy and should be satisfied because they treat them so well. If that were the case there would not have been a mass exit of an entire department. And the departures continue. Even with newer employees. And yet nothing changes because management just does not care.

      Pros

      They allow work from home but it’s only because of the pandemic. They have all intention of bringing everyone back into the office.

      Cons

      Toxic working environment. When I started working here employees bad mouthed former employees in this position. They like to say they’re like a family but in actuality that really means that they lack boundaries. Lots of gossip and negativity here. No work life balance. Oh and let’s not forget the pay. You make close to nothing as a Customer Account Representative. You will be overworked. The company forced employees to get the Covid 19 vaccine to come back into the office. Who forces someone to get a vaccine? That speaks volumes in itself.

      Lower level workers are amazing and kind - mission of company is very powerful and does good for the world

      Cons

      Very toxic and corrupt upper management- lots of discrimination, lots of disrespect
