      Pros

      - The culture, you meet some good people - Decent pay

      Cons

      - Management is incompetent, to say the least - NO training, they basically throw you to the wolves - They don't value their employees; everyone is dispensable, no matter how much value you offer to the company - Work loads are not distributed evenly, at all - They don't value employee feedback/opinions - Favoritism, affecting your advancement within the company

      Pros

      Good work-life balance in Denmark + flexible time. Good salary for Denmark (local contract) so overall purchase power is very descent compared to other EU countries.

      Cons

      The company is shrinking. Big hopes to grow the business have vanished for several reasons: inability to grow in-organically, failure in exploration projects and recent shift in Group's strategy resulted in these big hopes to crumble. Opportunities to develop are virtually inexistent. Middle management is technically weak and lacks of leadership.

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Flexible work hours. In house cafeteria with subsidized lunch. Great health insurance. Fruit baskets! 4 1/2 day work week.

      Cons

      Not enough project in the pipeline. Recycling same work for the last 4+ years. Poor upper management in the corporate headquarter. If you are not from Denmark, you don't have a future with this company. Stay away from this company.
