Maersk is going through big organisational transformation where they are getting rid of vendors such as Deloitte, TCS and bring in house capabilities up to pace. Problem is that there people at management roles in UK are not comfortable with the thought and as a result when company hore new capabilities these managers show resentment against new people which makes the work experience worse, even though the levels are same underneath one team, there are racist/color and ethnicity differences that you would feel if you are not white. Managers in UK are very much dependant on vendors to do there work for them and they boss you with micro management. True example of people spoiling a great company. I was certain of things won't ever change here and hence i decided to part my ways with the company.
