Pros
Company name, salary, bonus etc. Overall the firm is good but sadly they the team I am a part of is exactly the opposite - as bad as it gets.
Cons
Egoistic leadership who just doesn't listen to anyone. There is no scope of questioning - my way and no other way. If they think of doing something a single question is not entertained. Very recently our 'Dear Leader' thought of doing a team get-together, made us travel cities, while the government is advising against gatherings here our 'dear leader' organized a get-together. To look great in front of leadership. Never felt appreciated being part of IMS. If anything goes right, the leaders are quick to take credit for it and if anything goes wrong they pin the blame on others. Leaders in IMS only manage upwards. They want to keep their bosses happy in HQ and no one cares about employees well-being. If someone wants to learn upward management IMS can be the best training ground.
