Cons
Company clicks, favoritism, racial discrimination when promoting employees. Managers are a joke & only there to collect a check. They lack the knowledge to help with the department & will use their employees hard work & expertise to make themselves appear knowledgeable. Not many minorities in leadership roles. Lack of communication to employees. They expect their finance employees to work their butts off & not show any type of appreciation. In the last two years they have implemented 3 new finance systems that caused more work on top of an already heavy workload & did not provide proper training & support. Employees are expected to "figure it out". Maybe other departments are better but I would NOT recommend any job within the finance department EVER!!!
