People oriented environment where humbleness and mutual respect are encouraged. Management is for the most part very approachable and supportive towards staff.

Cons

Organization has traditionally been slow to change although many strides have been made in recent years to correct. Company is orienting towards a much younger workforce and some culture clashes exist due to past acquisitions of other shipping companies.
