      Pros

      Now that most of the layoffs are over and profits are back, things are OK here. They are still cutting a a few jobs but it should be less dangerous to work here, at least for a while.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Management is good, but needs to do a better job of communicating to employees. A lot of the personal things they used to do are gone and morale needs help.

      Great benefits, paid vacation, many opportunities for advancement if you have the will and drive. . . . . .

      Cons

      Such a huge company that it can be hard to get noticed. Sometimes the work atmosphere can feel unneccesarily stuffy, could find ways to make work more fun

      It is a good place for the starter. You can learn a lot from the work. And it is the company with well known name.

      Cons

      it is too political place. Too much talk instead of doing work. The senior managment needs to understand the business more instead of "making" report everyday.
