Pros

Incredible potential as a rapidly growing mid-sized oil/gas company

Cons

Lack of a defined culture - mix of top-down dictatorial leadership from Copenhagen and endless discussion in Houston. Leadership in Houston, specifically of Chissonga project, is highly dysfunctional - turnover in the Houston office is at an all-time high. People are always searching for other opportunities due to high dissatisfaction. HR tries to operate the Houston office like a small company, but it's a large firm now and should be treated as such. To their credit, recent changes have significantly improved in recruitment and internal processes.

However, the overall attitude of Senior Management is the worst I have ever seen during my career. Please avoid like the p
