Pros

Wonderful Manager with a great work environment. Everyone here comes together at all times to help one another. The job is a very do able job, where you go home at the end of the day and you are able to relax. Each person is given credit for what they do, and there really is no micro managing. Really truly a wonderful environment.

Cons

No room to move up in the company. It is almost impossible to grow and advance. Your almost stuck in the position you are in. I have watched a a lot people come and go due to this.

Pros

Great benefits i.e. Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, generous yearly vacation time; office building is nice

Cons

With so many lay offs, morale is at an all time low. Recognition for great work is not acknowledged often enough. Headquarters from overseas sends over upper management to do the dirty work of laying off U.S. employees; jobs are constantly being out sourced to overseas; the lay offs of thousands of people still continues...no end to lay offs. No room for advancement.

Pros

The exposure to many people that live across the globe. The management has an open door policy. Great emphasis is placed on employee engagement and development. The benefits are excellent and there is a full gym on site. Lateral moves within the department are easily granted. Cross training is a normal practice which gives you a wealth of knowledge about all processes of the department.

Cons

Qualified minorities (African American) are routinely denied promotions; while their non-black counterparts are awarded the position with less education and/or experience. Company gravitates toward mentoring non-black employees while often ignoring African Americans. File a grievance with HR and the paper trail will commence. You will become a target for termination.
