Where Should I start ? 1) Do not join as a Technical Person - Management over here is absolutely Non technical , they might expect you to build a robot in one day. 2)Management loves playing Low-Level Politics - Will call you up at any point of the day to complain about your team members. 3) Management will get their work done anyhow by simply screen sharing and telling their subordinates to send them all detailed mails which they will send to higher management. 4) Annual Employee Feedback is absolutely worst - Manager shouts on their subordinates for giving him/her low ratings as a manager. 5)Work-Life balance goes to a toss Overall -> Please do not think of joining as a Technical person. They will make you do hell load of manual work and make your life hell by telling to automate all if you are not ok doing the manual work. Compensation is the only thing good.

Work quality is bad. You are expected just to say yes boss. Work quality is substandard and even if you do good work, it goes in dustbin. At lower mid level there is no respect, you will not learn anything. Its good only for retirement and mostly people who work here have this kind of attitude only. Also too much bias and favouritism. No clear roadmap for career progressions.
