Very few leaves (22 over a year ) - even service base organizations will offer you more leaves
Infinity Planning and Lack of time for execution
People will add you to an ongoing call without asking you (Should have at least courtesy to ask before adding somebody)
A lot of Adhoc Meetings when you can't clearly plan (I mean hell lot of calls, around 30 hours in a 10-day sprint)
No Work-Life Balance and Not a single meeting ever end on time
Vendors can overpower Full-Time employees as they are old in the system
One sudden night they can take back your designation and demote you one level down (And they call it a parity) just to show the outer world that they pay highly for lower designated folks
if The Project is a New Supply Chain Platform (NSCP) and that too in testing, Don't join (Pls double check while joining)
That place is just chaotic and they want to make that team like amazon, but they have resources like who does not even fit into TCS (no offense to TCS).
Some Vendors will suggest some tool of their choice that does not have any market value and the management will accept that gracefully without caring what their resources are comfortable with.
They always overcomplicate things by running 1000 matrices and running behind counts. PO will commit to your story though he is pure non-technical in PI plannings.

Last but not least, they asked me to return my backpack saying it's company policy, on my LWD For God's sake who's on the earth takes 1.5 yr old back and literally had to do beg to security to give me some polythene in order to carry my personal belongings back home, and seeing this I was ecstatic that I have made a right choice to move out
