      Pros

      There is a training team and a management team who assist with your growth. Extremely organised. Your days are very organised and you can plan out how to do work efficiently throughout the day. Drink Friday where you have drinks with the company and play games with the company members. A spa where you can book treatments for free. Work laptop.

      Cons

      The company do not care about customers they just want to make as much money as possible. Extremely white male centred.

      An ambitious company striving to get it right when it comes to growth

      Pros

      Communication and ideas sharing is encouraged. Openness to new ideas. Flat management structure. Very easy to talk to senior management. Great people team. Makes use of new technologies and agile practices - not just in development, The fleet pod structure creates higher degrees of autonomy.

      Cons

      The downsides that come with rapid growth - can be quite chaotic and things change quickly. Turning from a small startup to a larger global company means that things are becoming more standardised and checkboxed. This is not necessarily bad - depends on what you want.
