Pros
Employees are extremely engaging, helpful, motivated and have a "one mission, one team" attitude. I was really impressed with how leadership and employees at all levels were able to adjust to the whole COVID-19 (since I started on 15 March) situation through quick action, frequent and transparent communication. During onboarding the CEO (Marcus Swanepoel), even took out time of his schedule to facilitate a hour long onboarding session with the new Lunauts! In my ten year professional career, I have never experienced such a passionate and humble leader. Besides the wonderful culture and the professionalism of each employee that I have interacted with, the company provides employees with the best equipment to ensure employees are set up for success and have right tools available to to their job as effectively and efficiently as possible. The tech has ensured the company is continue its mission of upgrading the world to a better financial system!
