Pros
- Great company culture - Organised structure for a large-ish company (still feel like you add value) - Taught as you work, for example I didn't know any Go when I joined, and now I can write Go code quite proficiently - Great code base and architecture, can learn a lot from it
Cons
I am writing this review in light of the recent retrenchments, so the future of working here feels a bit on edge. It is likely I won't be an employee here much longer, but the time I spent here was thoroughly enjoyable. I do think Luno will still succeed in the future, but the retrenchments have left a sour taste in a lot of people's mouths
