WORSE COMPANY EVER

Pros

No pros no perks no clients no requirements to work with.

Cons

I strongly advise potential candidates to conduct thorough research before considering an opportunity with Lumen Solutions. Based on my experience, the company lacks fundamental structure and stability. Key elements such as a clear onboarding process, consistent communication, and even basic employee benefits like medical insurance were either poorly managed or entirely absent. A significant concern is the company’s leadership. The CEO is highly involved in day-to-day matters, but unfortunately, that involvement often manifests as erratic behavior and a lack of professionalism. Commitments made during the hiring process were not honored, and there seemed to be little regard for ethical business practices or employee welfare. Additionally, seeking feedback from current employees may not yield an accurate picture of the work environment, as there appears to be a culture of silence or fear about speaking openly. In summary, I recommend proceeding with caution and gathering information from former employees or neutral third-party sources before making any decisions.

Pros

Excellent Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours and respect for personal time. Decent Pay for Entry-Level Roles: Competitive starting salaries for fresh graduates. Generous Leave Policy: Ample vacation days and supportive time-off approvals.

Cons

1. Stalled Career Growth: Promotions are rare or nonexistent, even for consistent performers. Unclear Advancement Criteria: Ambiguous benchmarks make it hard to gauge progress. High performers often leave due to lack of upward mobility. 2. Toxic Politics Over Merit: Favoritism and office politics frequently overshadow actual performance, making decisions seem arbitrary. This erodes trust in leadership and undermines morale. Recognition at this company feels superficial. Praise is often given without tangible rewards, such as promotions or raises. High performers are left feeling undervalued and 'average,' despite consistently exceeding targets. 3. Empty Gestures, No Action: Leadership is quick with empty praise ('You're doing great!') but fails to provide meaningful support or follow through. This lack of action fosters cynicism, particularly among top performers."
