Centurylink is worst company if you are into analytics. There are no analytics project.Analytics team is just for name sake and whole team does reporting work. No job security, Anytime you will be asked to leave Very Poor Leadership-They don't deserve that position. Leaders talk nonsense and says people always prepared for being fired and will not feel shocked if they are asked to leave. No Promotion- you even don't know to whom you have to talk for promotion because every year end they create a situation of retrenchment and say you are lucky that you still have job. No bonus Although there are flexible working hours but you have to complete 45hrs on a week. Analytics team sits in clean room where you can't take phone inside Stakeholders don't look work at all, you will get once in a bluemoon chance to speak with them. There are no regular calls with stakeholders and offshore team doesn't fall under any vertical.

Hiring process took weeks, each step of the way. HR dept is completely inept & support staff (all levels) was kept in the dark after each reorg wondering if we'd have a job. Yearly merit increases were a joke, real incentive came from the yearly bonus.
