Pros

Good benefits, generally a good culture. The company posts fake reviews to make itself look better.

Cons

The company is slowly starving itself to maintain earnings. The licenses required to keep equipment working are no longer renewed. Replacing equipment is a multi-year effort. Positions are rarely filled when someone leaves. Every week you learn that someone you depend on has left. When a vice-president was asked in a monthly virtual gettogether why there have been no cost of living increases for the last SIX YEARS, his reply was, "if they did there could be another layoff." Departments can no longer support each other because everyone is overwhelmed. Open tickets for assistance just pile up. It is impossible to keep up, much less achieve your goals. The company has a policy denying there is any disciplinary process - employees fear they could be fired at any time without notice. An endless stream of employee satisfaction surveys with no visible change.

Pros

- Decent salary - Immediate team is excellent to work with - Remote work - Good work life balance

Cons

- Upper management is very focused on money -- to a degree where it seems that reinvestment is only for "the business" and does not seem to reinvest in employees. - They have eliminated annual raises. Raises are only given if your manager feels that you have gone "above and beyond and solved a business problem"...which due to the reasons listed below are next to impossible to do. - Very fast paced and stressful - Understaffed because upper management doesn't want to hire more people to support the workload...and the need is THERE.

Pros

Flexibility, FTO, pockets of great people (although retention is decreasing), small pockets of inclusiveness (at lower levels, or in small parts of the company)

Cons

Toxic workplace. coming down from the EVP/SVP level in many areas from Sales through Engineering to Operations. Most tenured technical women either leave (or are let go) or accept second-class citizenship (many times with deflated pay or titles).
