Pros

Good Onshore Team Supportive Senior management. No work pressure Appreciation

Cons

Company has lot of old employees, who are incompetent and a bunch of stupids.They dont understand the current market and they dnt want to learn. They cannot take decisions but can only satisfy their boss. Especially the Technical leads are worthless. They dont represent you but compete with you. They think they are masters and they play with their designation. They should be removed at earliest to make this company survive

Pros

You can earn a lot of money and don't have to work very hard, although benefits are way below market. If you want to feel smarter than the executives who make every single miniscule decision and where you can get away with doing nothing all day, this is the company for you. A Dilbert dream

Cons

You will never feel like you did anything worthwhile when you return home from work at the end of the day. Processes, programs, strategies are all designed by people who have no experience of execution and impact. I have worked for Big Tech before and have seen how agile and smart they are. Working at CenturyLink is much more akin to how we imagine working for the DMV would be.

Pros

The people I work with a great, but the company's vision, marketing and unifying principles are lacking which is the result of the Boise NOHD being shut down, but we get to keep our same pay and go back to sales.

Cons

Dealing with anger and upset customers who rightfully so should be upset. The company has terrible marketing, training and as a result of high sales goals is forcing the reps to cram and slam products and services in order to keep their jobs. The company really needs to re-evaluate why the are losing so many employees' and customers'.
