Pros

Cons
... it's no joke that the training phrase was we were to be 'feeling for cash and change in customer's pockets with pocket lint under our fingernails' when they are crippled by this economy. on-site supervision was lacking, poor at best. i was sold on a sales job with the promise of greener pastures and more money than i would know what to do with. it turns out, the upsell factor was accomplishable for some but not most. competitors charging a fraction for the same service leaves little resources for this position. your performance is based on your sales, as well as your compensation. you can leave there feeling like a 'winner' selling high speed internet to little old ladies who are so confused by products and promotions not to mention they don't even own a computer, or like a 'loser' because your conscience gets in the way. i chose to be a loser.
