Pros

I was working in a tech support capacity so the job was pretty easy. I supported their ProDSL product so it was fun to work with small and medium sized businesses. Though they have long since discontinued the product. The people I worked with were great as well.

Cons

Many management decisions seemed to lack common sense. Qwest was constantly changing workflow policies which meant constantly learning new policies.

Cons

Slow to act on keeping up w/ latest and greatest technology. Old "Bell" mentality. But slowly catching on.
