      Good training program So so salary name recognition

      Bad micromanagment In my opinion, training received and management attitude were different, making training difficult to apply Industry is all based upon price, super competitive No one you call on really cares about telecom Quota is unreasonably high, YTD my impression is that most missed it (by a long shot) Was selling the Qwest portfolio, not the century link one even though I worked for century link it was basically qwest

      Pros

      Each department was flexible within their own departments. They were like little individual companies that intertwined within each other. Over the years transferring around from department to department you would get to see how they all linked together.

      Cons

      They have become underhanded with their work ethics and disrespectful of their occupational work force. Skirting around the union with their tactics of eliminating senior employees for their own personal reasons rather than work related issues.
