      Pros

      Being part of the change from old telecom to data transportation. You have the job security of being in a big company. The leadership team seems to be well put together.

      Cons

      All the merging of companies over the last few years has resulted in some inevitable roughness in organizational direction. It has been the worst on old-timers. The redirection in IT may be the most problematic.

      Pros

      They are starting to hire again. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      The new hiring is too little too late. Yearly, company wide restructuring takes it's toll on employee moral & confidence in the company. Upper level management still seem's to have a mom & pop attitude.
