They pay pretty well, not great but certainly not low. I can afford a lower middle class lifestyle which is pretty amazing these days.

Cons

They exist in this destructively competitive international marketplace where ultimately it is cheaper to hire intelligent, competitive people from somewhere else than here in your community.
