      Pros

      Great peers. Lots of national offices that make travel a breeze. Pay is decent for a telco. Currently in acquisition mode.

      Cons

      Sadly, the east region is being managed by bumbling Vice Presidents. Senior management needs to hire true sales leadership to turn a profit. Battle field promotions should be a short term plug, not a solution.

      Plenty of technical training, advancement is there if desired, good people to work with, fairly laid back (almost too much at times),

      Cons

      union mentality, dead weight protected, numbers game played at every level.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits package for former Qwest employees. New hires not so much. Great base in large business, governmental communications contracts, top tier communications products and internet backbone,and all departments related to these efforts.

      Cons

      Losing more and more of the residential business while driving down benefits and wages to compensate which will gather less talented and dedicated workforce, thus accelerating the revolving door syndrome. Short sighted company with outdated hierarchical structure. Upper level management seems arrogant and aloof, while lacking creativity. I am not optimistic about the future of this company.
