Super slow installs, comp plan is confusing and takes months to get commish, manager is clueless to technology and lacks B2B sales acumen. Quotas rarely met. Unmotivated, moonlighting sales engineer. Terrible back office highly convoluted systems. Competing with major account reps. Pass the buck mentality in every department. Lazy union techs.
