      Some individuals among mgt teams can really strive to make the workplace fun and motivating, casual corporate environment

      Cons

      Too many hoops to jump through every month just to keep your job. No other job opportunity in another department is presented to sales staff if you don't make your numbers, even if you've been there more than 10 years. Crazy! High stress...lack of communication or solidarity between different departments. Very isolationist culture outside of your own dept. Turnover in sales dept is off the chart.

      -In-depth, career enhancing, technical experience -Consistent/frequent training -Good pace of work (low pressure most of the time) -Stability at headquarters in Monroe, LA

      Cons

      -Very poor quality of life in Monroe, LA, especially for women. -Work culture in this location is very oppressed. -Lower than average pay for industry but higher for that specific market because there are really no other qualify jobs around there.
