Opportunities for telecommuting. Friendly and helpful co-workers.

Cons

Received little to no pay raises over long period of service. No room to advance. Too many job opportunities go to people who don't deserve them just because of their location. Too many jobs going to Monroe, LA instead of promoting employees in other locations who have more experience or expertise.

Great training until you are let out into the "real world"

The training is great. There is a lot of time spent on trying to learn what your customer's needs are. This works great in the training room.

Cons

What you lean in the training room doesn't really work once you are talking to real customers. There was no real training on the 1000 different systems you have to use to find the simplest information. The timeline it takes to get paid out is outrageous...could wait 6 months or more to see commission from an order.
