It’s disappointing to read that you have had a less than stellar relationship with our Las Vegas leadership team. We will forward your review to the Branch Manager as well as the district manager for review. We recommend you speak with your Human Resources representative or the Branch Manager directly with your complaints. If you do not feel comfortable doing so or would like to add any further information to your review, you may do so anonymously using the integrity Hotline (1-866-250-6706 Code 13607 (US)) or the SpeakUp website https://www.speakupfeedback.eu/web/vxf35w/us.

Pros

the only good thing I can come up with is that it looked good as former employment. They pay for Cleet training.

Cons

The hours are long i guarentee you unless you have a lead as a messenger your out there till 7-8pm berated me anytime i had to go to the hospital with my son and expected me to leave him in ICU. The messengers are rude to the drivers and are constantly berating the driver. No sense of direction and not being able to use your phone. The company didnt want phones on us as drivers but the managers knew your not going to know every place at once. So we were allowed. Until the messengers got in the truck atleast. They knew all the places and made sure they knew how dumb you were for not knowing where the place was at. Even though youve never been there or even knew that place existed. Your constanly belittled for everything. Your work in extreme tempetures and climates even if they say they don't. Unless the truck cant move you were in it. And if for some reason you cant get to those stops They will call you in 10 mins time berating you on how you should have done it because in their mind theres no real reason. the stop could have been closed and theyd wonder why you didnt just break in and leave it there.

Pros

The pay was good. That’s it

Cons

Toxic environment. No room for growth. Management is threatened by talent and Corp is a big clique. Only way to climb up the ladder is through having a connection with an executive. Specifically one .
