Early hours. Good supervisor, good co workeors

Cons

Terrible job security. Could work for 12 hours 1 day and work 2 the next. Pay salary was one rate before you started and another on your first check. No overtime rate pay either

Easy and fun job at times.

Cons

Hours are very inconsistent. If you don't have a route, you may work 8 hours one day and 16 hours the next day. If you work a horrible and exhausting 16 hour shift, they will still expect you to come in the next day like nothing happened. Management is terrible that way. If they stick you on a route you are unfamiliar with, good luck with that because they do not give you the order in which stops to do. The pay is very low considering the risk you take.

When you change company , you realize how much better it is now and appreciate no longer working at Loomis.

Cons

They run their company based on stock price, they cut staff, cut support, find every excuse not to give salary raises or bonuses. No training, no feedback. Do not waste your time or effort, so not worth it. Much better companies out there that are worthy of your efforts and time.
