      It's like working for the Trump administration

      Occasional free lunches and that's it

      Cons

      Managers who talk behind your back to staff who have lesser titles than you. Backstabbing, greedy producers and HR is as awful and "uppity". Old boys club with horrible, self entitled clients. Management expects you to lie to insurance carriers about their accounts. If you have any sense of moral conviction, you will not continue to work here.

      Cons

      rampant discrimination and favoritism, employee complaints are not taken seriously, women get paid $10K-$30K less than their misogynistic male counterparts, toxic management, clueless executives allow the mistreatment of lower level employees, useless HR department that ignore employee complaints - don't bother!

      Bad culture

      Pros

      If you are related to a higher up you will receive all the opportunities you could wish for. Men are treated with respect. There is a nice open area on the top floor with kegs.

      Cons

      It is definitely a boys club and women aren’t treated with respect in the way men are. Management will make promises regarding promotions and then when it is time to fulfill their promise will back off. Overwhelming feeling of negativity. Management doesn’t acknowledge that the culture has worsened over time, so it doesn’t seem like steps are being made to fix anything.
