Pros
Intelligent, hard working employees. Management in KC is doing a great job. I was always impressed with top level management.
Cons
Out in the field offices senior management runs by the "old boy" network. Getting ahead is by who you know not how hard you work. Sales staff that don't produce get to keep their jobs while employees that work so hard to support the business lose theirs. When times get tough loyalty and hard work means nothing.
