Not worked here very long but within the time I have the people are fantastic. They all work together to make the experience within Pendragon a pleasant and successful journey. There are so many opportunities within the company which makes it more exciting to progress with them to gain more knowledge.

Pros

Pendragon have been very fair to work for in my career with them. There are many internal opportunities and those who wish to develop themselves and enhance their career are encouraged to via a range of development/talent programmes. The company likes to promote internally and rewards hard work. Leaders are approachable and are trying to change the company for the better

Cons

The stigma related to the nature of the automotive industry as a whole is present however Pendragon are noticeably working at improving working conditions and bringing the business forward to be an employer of choice.

Can't think of any really.

Cons

Being sworn at & shouted at by people in positions that should know better. Being expected to work ridiculous hours. I would call it slave labour. They've forgotten how humans should be treated. Back handers & people thieving from businesses. You'd think better of a Plc, wouldn't you?
