Can't think of any really.
Cons
Being sworn at & shouted at by people in positions that should know better. Being expected to work ridiculous hours. I would call it slave labour. They've forgotten how humans should be treated. Back handers & people thieving from businesses. You'd think better of a Plc, wouldn't you?
