Pros

There seems to be a good opportunity for progression and development within the company, good environment to work in and all team members are very pleasant.

Cons

Very rigid with work times in terms of having a rota, no opportunity for flexi-time and to work hours which could easily be accommodated to business needs.

Rubbish pay, no team member benefits if on a low wage.
