The career progression is great, the chance to be promoted or to move to another sector within the company is supported, if not encouraged, by the Team Leaders. There are training and development programs available to help develop a job into a career.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time working at Pendragon PLC and have had the opportunity to develop myself and gain promotion whilst employed here, I have found the business to be very accommodating around their approach to flexibility in the workplace. The team I work within is very supportive and the business has been very receptive in allowing the team to grow ensuring the service we provide to customers remains efficient and effective. There are always internal promotional opportunities for those who wish to progress their career.

Cons

As with any major retailer there are differences in the approach of some of the Management Team however many are receptive to new ways of doing things as long as the benefits are explained.

Pendragon have a very good training and development program, good for internal team members to develop their career. Good reward for hard work. ,

Cons

They do work you hard but you are rewarded financially for this, you are expected to work long hours too.
