Pros
I have enjoyed my time working at Pendragon PLC and have had the opportunity to develop myself and gain promotion whilst employed here, I have found the business to be very accommodating around their approach to flexibility in the workplace. The team I work within is very supportive and the business has been very receptive in allowing the team to grow ensuring the service we provide to customers remains efficient and effective. There are always internal promotional opportunities for those who wish to progress their career.
Cons
As with any major retailer there are differences in the approach of some of the Management Team however many are receptive to new ways of doing things as long as the benefits are explained.
