0 training, but lots of false promises. Management will lie through their teeth to tell you what you want to hear rather than the truth. Everything is done 'ad-hoc' with no real business processes. What processes are there seem to change almost daily depending on managements mood, which isn't formally communicated in any way. Employees are just expected to innately know. This leads to a lot of mistakes and a lot of finger pointing.
Linx pretend they care about employee mental health, but really it's all surface level. Any issues get met with a sympathetic 'oh that's not right', but that's as far as it goes.
Every team in the whole company is overworked, on more than one occasion i've seen or overheard co-workers in tears thanks to unreasonable requests. Employees are expected to regularly stay after hours to complete work, but there is 0 compensation for overtime.
There's no point going 'above and beyond' since employee reviews are always 3/5 being basically impossible to achieve any higher without gaming the system, which is trivially easy to do regardless of how much effort you really put in to your job.
