Extremely ruthless and churn people regularly Unless you have an MBA or PHD difficult to progress So lean that it becomes impossible to achieve regular tasks Ever closer to Videojet

I was sad to read your review. I sincerely hope that you feel you can talk to someone here about some of your frustrations. Hopefully, you will be aware we have recently started our internal career development initiative "Danaher Go" which opens up opportunities for everyone to progress. Regretfully we have lost some Associates over the last few months, but thankfully we are still way below industry standard turnover. Our Leaders here prioritise retention as a key area to discuss with Associates in one to ones so that we can ensure we are dealing with any areas of frustration.

Great company but you only stay and progress if You live within commutable distance of Huntingdon.

Great salary, great business system, impressive building and offices. Good product but high price !

Cons

Leadership team lack connection with the workforce and a real outlook on what is achievable but overstretch constantly due to corporate pressure. Extremely margin hungry to the point of greed on consumable items ... 500% not unusual Impossible to progress or build a career as a remote worker unless you are ready and willing to commute to the office regularly.
