Pros

Highly skilled staff. A strong performance driven business producing well designed products. The environment tends to bring out the best in the staff.

Cons

Business system can sometimes be inappropriate, sometimes inflexible, and can occasionally feel more like a cult. Program schedules can be disrupted by unnecessary training with no warning, and annual performance reviews can consist of reciting company mantra.

Pros

Everyone is friendly and approachable, senior management operate an open door policy. There is always an opportunity to grow and develop within your role and take on new roles at Linx, I have also seen colleagues take opportunities at other Danaher companies.

Cons

If you are not driven by process, KPIs and daily management then this is probably not the right culture for you.
