Pros

It's a very Process driven company with clear targets, the work is interesting and varied, the people are lovely and very supportive.

Cons

Management style of the senior managers is not people focused enough and instead is too focused on achieving the targets at the expense of treating people well.

Pros

A good team, supportive colleagues with pride in the company and brand. There's some great business tools in the Danaher Business System.

Cons

Measurement madness...too many KPIs. Very lean, always needing to cut costs to satisfy corporate headquarters (Danaher). The feeling that no matter how hard you work, it's never enough. Stretch goals grind you down after many years of being 'in the red'. Senior management became distant and didn't understand the day jobs of their people.

Open fun and a joy to go to work every day. A great company with some very talented people, and always very aware of the customer and their requirements.

Cons

Split over several different buildings, a bit of a devil in the winter.
