Pros

There are benefits to the company such as awards and company cars.

Cons

Get paid minimum wage top ups sometimes despite working hard, they charge AML fees for vendors and buyers at an extortionate rate which gets us back lash. Working 6 days a week is expected.

Pros

The people. You are not played and manipulated by your superiors. Hard work gets seen and recognised

Cons

It is hard work. A lot of different systems and gaps in training, team have been created for each part of the journey meaning the full 360 know is missing if no previous experience.

Pros

- good staff incentives - good team - company car

Cons

- low salary and unachievable targets - they care too much about the numbers and not their staff - run down/dirty office environment - very minimal to no progression - promise lots but no change - not a lot of support/bad training- learnt everything from my colleagues

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are aware of the concerns raised around the Reigate office environment. Whilst Reigate itself is a great town, we continue to manage the in-branch working conditions and, in recent months, have made improvements to the building. The structure of the building does make a full refurbishment more challenging, but this remains something we continue to review. We recognise the importance of balancing performance with the experience of our people and are continuing to review targets, training and support to ensure colleagues feel equipped and supported in their roles. Alongside this, we are developing clear career progression booklets to help colleagues better understand their pathways for growth and development within the business. Feedback such as this is taken seriously and helps shape where we prioritise improvements so thank you again for sharing your experience. Razna – HR Department
