Thank you for leaving a review and for your positive comments about our people, culture, and development opportunities — we're pleased to hear you find LRG a supportive place to grow your career. We also appreciate your feedback regarding salaries and bonus opportunities. We recognise this is important, and as part of our ongoing review of reward and recognition across the business, we continue to explore ways to ensure our packages remain competitive and aligned with the skills and contributions of our teams. LRG welcomed our new Rewards Manager to the family earlier this year as part of positive enhancements to the employee experience. Thanks for your feedback, Razna - HR Department

We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations. We take all feedback seriously and would like to know more about the comments you’ve made. Regarding your point about the new starter introduction, weekend staff currently do not take part in instructor-led onboarding sessions, though they are still required to complete all mandatory training. We’ve shared this feedback with our Learning & Development team, who will be reviewing this as part of their future objectives. Our Group HR Operations Manager, Sophie, would also like to understand more about your experience. If you feel comfortable sharing further details, please contact her directly at SWiseman@lrg.co.uk. Thank you again for your feedback, Razna – HR Department

Unlawful and Immoral

Pros

Sadly there was none that I experienced.

Cons

I worked for a company that was acquired by LRG. They make false promises in their announcements post acquisition. When they handle redundancies, they pick and choose who they wish to stay. They do not offer equal fair treatment to employees at risk of losing their job. They choose the rules and there is no consistency with their decision making, which feels very messy and unprofessional. It makes me question whether their HR management team are fully aware of employment law.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that this was how you felt during a period of change following acquisition. We recognise that times of transition, particularly where roles may be at risk, can be extremely difficult and emotional. We take our responsibilities to colleagues seriously and are committed to acting fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation. Feedback like this is important, and we will ensure it is shared with the appropriate stakeholders to reflect on how we communicate and support people during periods of change. Thank you again for raising your concerns.
