I did not experience any.

Cons

LRG acquired Chancellors in 2025 and sadly I witnessed many employees lose their jobs in a very slapdash and cruel way - even some lost their jobs over phone/ video call!! If your business has been aquired by LRG, I would be very wary of the "big exciting plans" they feed you.

Freeing job but not enough pay

Lovely staff. Everyday is different

Cons

Such a demanding job to make sure all other positions hit target/ commission with nothing in return. No progression or recognition. No benefits for property inspectors, only office based roles.
