      Pros

      Being part of a company that is going through a stage of great innovation and growth is exciting, keeps each day a challenge and I remain engaged and looking forward to each day. The team around me are all upbeat and the introduction of flexi-time and agile working in my department has made a difference to life. Getting menial 'life-admin' done need not now impose on my weekend!

      Cons

      The culture is very target focused and this doesn't work for everyone. Although it is changing, the traditional agency values are still flowing through all departments. Suited and booted, working many hours to be seen to prove worth - these things are being changed from above and there is a conscious guidance from the fairly new CEO, Adrian Gill and Group MD, Peter Kavanagh. I think these elements will be abolished in another 18 months.

      Good atmosphere They do it right, not aggressive like some other agents A progressive company that is growing and taking ground Many branches across the country (strong brand)

      Cons

      Sometimes left to your own devices, with targets and expectations but little marketing budget
