Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your experience with LRG. We're thrilled to hear that you found our working environment to be supportive and enjoyed the positive atmosphere and career progression. Work-life balance is an area we constantly strive to improve and as industry leaders we reduced our Saturday working hours last year from 09:00-16:30 to 09:00-13:00. We value our employees' wellbeing and will explore ways to better manage workloads and create more flexible schedules where possible. We are always reviewing our pay structure and aim to make adjustments wherever necessary, taking into account various factors such as market trends and industry standards.
