Pros

Leaders where very flexible with the part time hours that i could work, and more than happy to accommodate school hours. All members of staff are welcoming and very happy to help with settling in to the company.

We agree and our proud that our staff are helpful and friendly to both our customers and colleagues which provides for a great supportive working environment. We have noted your comments that you report there is a lack of desk space in your particular branch and would recommend you speaking to your Manager or the Facilities Department to see if there is anything we can do to make your workstation more comfortable for you. I believe that Leaders are an innovative employer, looking for ways that they are able to provide better services to customers and also new ways to recognise staff achievements.

Cons

There is only a few enhanced benefits provided, however I believe this is currently under review.

I have worked for Leaders for over 3 years and have progressed in my experience and career during this time. No 2 days are the same and it is a supportive environment to work in.
