      A welcome start to a new Company and new Industry

      Pros

      From recruitment, to the onboarding process, to my first day at Leaders...it has been straight forward, informative and everyone has been really welcoming. I'be been with Leaders since the end of July 2017 and I am honestly proud to tell people where I work, and thoroughly enjoy it.

      Cons

      The only negative experience I've had so far is around the tax on my wages, even though I handed in a copy of my P45 from my former employer. It would have been nice to talk to Payroll direct as a new starter rather then going through the Area Manager.

      Pros

      I started my journey with Leaders just over a month ago and so far things have been going really well. I felt really welcomed in the team and they were and still are very supportive.
