Pros

Was made to feel welcome from the outset. The business does seem to generally look after you and nothing is too much trouble for senior managers while on the learning curve.

Cons

Training has been an issue for me. All hands on which while beneficial I do think a longer induction course and systems training would have been beneficial too.

I have worked for the company for 9 years, I enjoy working for Romans as they are a friendly company who look after their staff.

Cons

Not great with pay rises.
