I used to work here, left due to low salary. Friendly teams to work with, would work for again if they paid more. If money isn't important to you, I recommend. Pros: Friendly, solid company

Cons: Low salary, high turnover of staff More recognition for when you do well at job.

Time management, planning, structure, responsibility, staff retention and production all key focuses within every staff member.

Cons

It can be outgrown as the number of people who leave is low at senior level, so lack of opportunity.
