      Pros

      I used to work here, left due to low salary. Friendly teams to work with, would work for again if they paid more. If money isn't important to you, I recommend. Pros: Friendly, solid company

      Cons: Low salary, high turnover of staff More recognition for when you do well at job.

It is important that our staff feel recognised and we are constantly reviewing our rewards and incentives. We launched our Rewards Booklet to the company last year to better advertise what these are.
